By booking a consultation or engaging the services of Onyeonagu Global, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Advisory Scope

Onyeonagu Global provides structured immigration and relocation advisory services only.

We do not sell visas, employment offers, sponsorships, or guaranteed immigration outcomes. Our services are limited to providing professional guidance and information to help individuals understand possible immigration pathways and make informed decisions.

No Guarantee of Outcome

All immigration decisions are made solely by foreign embassies, consulates, immigration departments, or relevant government authorities.

Onyeonagu Global does not control and cannot influence the final decisions of any government body.

Payment for consultation or advisory services does not guarantee visa approval or immigration success.

Consultation Fee Policy

The Strategic Immigration Consultation fee of ₦50,000 is non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.

If a client fails to attend a scheduled consultation session without prior notice, the consultation fee will be forfeited.

Rescheduling may be permitted with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability.

Case Viability

Following assessment, if we determine that a client’s case is not viable or presents significant risk, Onyeonagu Global reserves the right to communicate this clearly rather than encourage unnecessary expenditure or unrealistic expectations.

Our advisory approach prioritizes honest and responsible guidance.

Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for providing accurate, truthful, and complete information during consultations and advisory sessions.

All guidance provided by Onyeonagu Global is based on the information supplied by the client at the time of consultation.

Limitation of Liability

Onyeonagu Global shall not be held liable for:

• Decisions made by immigration authorities

• Delays or procedural changes by government institutions

• Outcomes of visa or immigration applications

• Any circumstances beyond our advisory control
